The company was founded in 1993 by Dr. Erel Margalit to create a physical infrastructure for his vision of turning Jerusalem into a capital of Innovation and culture. The Mint’s goal is to create a home for high-tech companies as well as social and cultural organizations throughout Israel. It currently has projects in Haifa and Beer Sheva as well as Jerusalem.
