NETGEV is a network of co-working spaces in the participating municipalities in the Eastern Negev cluster. The company strives to lead innovative areas of employment and become a national center for online services. In addition, by connecting to the strategic partners, the network connects NETGEV to the community and strengthens the sense of security and empowerment through the place and by activities that will be held in favor of all businesses in the region. The painful issue in the eastern Negev region is the lack of employment diversification in general, with an emphasis on quality employment, which will significantly reduce the transition of talented young people to the center of the country in particular. This difficulty stems mainly from a combination of two factors: a relative demographic coterie of each authority, and the large distances between an authority and an authority in the region and their distance from the center of the country.
