The complex provides an accessible and convenient solution for entrepreneurs living in the southern neighborhoods of Tel Aviv and the surrounding cities. The complex is spread across a five-story building, divided into public and personal work spaces, designed in a modern design and urban atmosphere. The complex consists of 836 work tables, including 70 tables in common spaces of different sizes, 15 meeting rooms, 4 kitchens, a garden, and a roof.
