A new concept of joint work spaces from Fattal House. The Raanana ROOMS complex will be launched in January 2020 and will be the second branch of the chain located at A Tower, in the heart of the Raanana Business Center. At the ROOMS Raanana complex you can choose from a selection of shared work spaces on the top floors of the tower. Fattal enters the field of work spaces: first deal in Tel Aviv
Amot Investments, part of the Aloni Hetz Group, has signed an agreement with the Fattal Hotel chain for a two-story lease of a total area of approximately 1,400 square meters in the tower, adjacent to the NYX Hotel.

Great place friendly environment
Very poor service: * That something is not working, it takes them a lot of time to fix it. For example, the soda faucet has not been working since yesterday. * There is always a lack of tions of the type that everyone uses and there are always lots of tions that no one uses at all. * The cookies are usually dry and not fresh. * Parking adjacent to the building is shocking, not paved and not properly arranged. Their happy hour was round and nice although from time to time I heard that there is not enough consideration for vegan people. Overall the place is also clean and tidy.
Ample parking, luxurious and pampering complex
After sitting in several co-working complexes at the beginning of the Corona, I found exactly what I was looking for in a fresh romas. A rare combination of quality and service. Everything I need to run my business. The complex is designed, well-kept and pampering. The staff is professional, pleasant and helpful. An excellent balance of quiet needed for a work environment along with a community of quality members. I thought I would be here a few months, in the meantime a year has passedג€¦
High level, down to the smallest details in the design of the space. Quality and available service. It's fun to have such quality options outside of Tel Aviv!
