Rise is an international brand that was built in cooperation with the British bank known as Barclays. The complex in Tel Aviv is located on Ehad Ha'am Street in Tel Aviv and is spread across two floors with a total area of 1300 sq.m. The purpose of the complex is to provide young hi-tech companies with optimal conditions for growth.
The complex is divided into several areas that are designated for different needs. The fourth floor serves as an integral part of the complex and in part the Barclays teams are hosted around the world.
On the fifth floor there is an office area intended for companies from the Pintek industry (financial technology) and the Cyber and support companies in the field, and an auditorium that serves as a banqueting area (150 seats).
Through its global network, at seven different global sites related to the Pintek industry, Rise provides many programs that enable rapid communication between Barclays and Rise to solve some of the greatest challenges facing the Pintek industry. These programs foster long-term beneficial relationships, which are designed to accelerate prototyping of products, and to conceptualize new business models for live products and services.
Rise complex is located on Ahad Ha'am Street in Tel Aviv, close to Rothschild and Allenby Streets, where there are many restaurants and cafés. Among the nearby places: Chiripum, Marinando, Parsley, Noir Coffee, Sushi, Benedict.
RISE - an international brand that was developed in cooperation with the Barclays Group, with the goal of giving young hi-tech companies the best conditions for growth. The Tel Aviv branch of RISE joins a number of similar centers in New York, London, Cape Town and Mumbai (where such a center will open this summer).
RISE is operated in cooperation with MindSpace, with the Barclays Group responsible for choosing the tenants, and MindSpace is responsible for renting the spaces.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
