The Fattal chain has rented two floors, covering a total area of 10,000 square meters, at the Amot Insurance Tower in Tel Aviv for the establishment of a business boutique hotel, which will include its first working space complex. It is expected to open in April 2019.
Fattal offers a selection of hotels in Israel and abroad, in the leading and most attractive vacation areas. Leonardo's Fattal Hotels are located nationwide from Tiberias to Eilat.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
