Studio 57 is located in the Kiryat HaMalacha compound, which is considered the new Soho of South Tel Aviv, a corner loft like the one on the last floor with a high ceiling. The loft area is 230 square meters, illuminated by lots of natural lighting that includes a fully equipped kitchen, office equipment and a private bathroom that is not as common as the building. Contemporary industrial style of rust and concrete dominates with cool bar, sound system and different lighting design and bonus option for renting parking under the building and card option for guests. The purpose of the studio at its inception is to design as a foundation and does not pretend to be the largest and busy for quick profit. The studio is looking to attach to its long-term home to special people from the creative community, who will create joint projects and new opportunities, mainly from industrial design, architecture and fashion, and a general emphasis on static design. There are currently a limited number of offices and personal work stations for rent, and not the first to arrive. Beyond the standard studio services in the professional and social aspects, we will promote lectures on materials and personal branding and local production in all material within a radius of kilometers, Studio 57 is located for March 5 Building 7, 3rd Floor, Tel Aviv.

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
