The global hotel chain Fattal is launching its chain of coworking spaces - ROOMS. An intimate boutique complex where tenants will enjoy private offices of all sizes, diverse meeting rooms, comfortable lounges, fully equipped kitchens and more. ROOMS will offer unique complementary services such as Israeli breakfast, use of the hotel bar, room service and more.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
