Misantrope is a coffee shop owned by writer and director Ido Angel, who decided to find a creative solution to the problem that employs a lot of people who work from home every day, and they are looking for a nice cafe to work from.

At Misantrope you can work, study, write and create in a quiet mind, hold business meetings or rent the place for lectures, workshops, tutoring or tutoring. WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
