LABS is launching its second location in Israel at the HaArbaa Towers in Tel Aviv. The compound is expected to open at the end of 2019, a short walk from LABS first location in Azrieli Sharona. LABS work spaces offer members a variety of open spaces, private offices of various sizes, meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchens, networking meetings, lectures, workshops and professional enrichment sessions that provide a productive and creative work environment. The new location is located in the heart of Tel Aviv, close to main transport routes, public transportation and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
