The complex is renovated and tastefully designed and contains 12 rooms in total, so that there is maximum silence and the possibility to work in a pleasant and intimate manner and it is designed to house companies and teams of different sizes in spacious and furnished private offices. The complex has a fully equipped kitchen and shared toilets located on the floor. The complex's operating hours are 7:00-23:00

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
The opening of the new space is expected at the beginning of next year.
