About Beit HaAmutot

A collaborative workspace that promotes social action, along with pooling resources and saving costs for non-profit organizations. A place where non-profit organizations meet, work and create partnerships to promote common goals. Today, 25 social organizations, representing the mosaic of civil society, sit in the House of Associations. Among them: umbrella and infrastructure organizations, associations dealing with welfare, health, environment, transparency and more. In the complex you will find: open work space: employees and volunteers of associations wherever they are can come to work in an office atmosphere or hold small meetings based on available space in the common space a house for social organizations: social organizations that need a private office or workstations in the open space on a regular basis can join the association house and enjoy the services An office in a collaborative work complex Shared infrastructure: meeting rooms for meetings, courses, management meetings and more for the use of the third sector Connections and mutual networking - the common space enables unmediated meetings between the various organizations, and the creation of collaborations of various types

WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.

Mindspace, the co-working spaces chain, has rented four additional floors of 3,500 sq.m. in Zion House on Rothschild Boulevard and will increase the existing Rothschild branch to 5,200 sq.m.
