About Chitim Winery
The visitors' center of the Wheat Winery overlooking the vineyards of the winery is suitable for a variety of social activities such as lectures, presentations and events. Kev Hitit, located in Moshav Neve Mevat, is a family boutique winery whose vision is to make the world of wine accessible to an audience interested in turning leisure time into quality time. The air-conditioned visitor center (about 6x9 square meters) is located next to a wide lawn in a pastoral atmosphere and overlooks the vineyard. In the center there is a 65 inch screen and a flip chart, a coffee corner including a coffee machine for guests to use.

יקב חיטים הוקם בשנת 2013 על ידי עצמון ושרית חגג׳ כהגשמת חזון אישי לממש עבודה חקלאית משלב גידול טיפוח ועיבוד התוצר למוצר סופי – יין.
החזון החל להירקם לאחר חוויה מדהימה בטיול לדרום אפריקה באזור מיוחד שנקרא “דרך היין”. שם התגבשה החלטה משותפת לשתול במשק שלנו בנווה מבטח (סמוך לגדרה) ארבע זנים עיקריים של ענבים: מרלו, קברנה סוביניון, שיראז ופינוטאז’ מדרום אפריקה. כך למעשה התחיל סיפורו של יקב חיטים…
החזון שלנו הוא לגדל ענבי יין איכותיים בפיקוח צמוד, במינימום ריסוסים ושילוב מקסימלי של עיבודים טבעיים בהדברת עשביה ע”י בעלי חיים והדברת מזיקים בעזרת אמצעים ביוטכנולוגים.

A small winery if full of the power of one man. Atzmon is both the owner and owner of the winery. Perfect hospitality and explanation. There is a seating area in the vineyards area. And the wines are special and very tasty

A small and charming family winery. Wonderful and especially high-quality red wines. Sitting in front of the vineyard, in a beautiful area. There is also a fun cheese board. perfect.

Nice visitor center. As for the wine, I don't know, I wasn't allowed to drink that day in terms of shape, the wine looks young and nothing more than that. The owner of the winery chose to release young and non-special wines, each with his own choice
