Ppl's Review

This week we set out to review a new complex that is about to be opened in Rishon LeZion in the coming days. We checked who is it for, what it offers as an added value to tenants, where to park and of course how does it pamper the customers?

Bottom Line

Although a new compound, but feels like a compound that has been open for a long time. They thought mainly about the tenants and how they would enjoy working here and would not look for a new place after a month.

Who are you?

The Ppl's complex was opened by Yakir Alon, a young entrepreneur who decided to provide a solution to the residents of Rishon Letzion and the surrounding area with regard to co-working spaces. Ppl's think differently from their competitors and you can already feel it according to the ideas and aspirations from the place. As far as he is concerned, the place belongs to tenants and not vice versa. There is no feeling here that you should behave like guests, but really at home, whether it is in the pleasant shared spaces, the amazing balcony or the pizza & beer evenings that will be introduced there.
The complex covers 800 square meters + a 150 square meter terrace. It's located in a new building on the first floor in Rishon Letzion - and this too was a consideration in choosing the location, thinking that tenants would not have to climb too much in an elevator / stairs.

Location and parking

Ppl's is located in Rishon Letzion West, in a new building and in a bustling area close to the HaZahav Mall - which means that in terms of parking you will not spend hours searching for parking. You can park in the mall, on a gray or blue and white sidewalk, and there is even an option for parking in an underground parking lot in the building, but from our experience and arrival to the compound you can say that we found parking easily (in the busy afternoon hours).

The obvious question: what to eat and where?

We said it's located in West Rishon LeZion? Seconds from the HaZahav Mall? So there is no need to add beyond that too much. Maybe we'll add that tenants in the complex get a ticket to selected restaurants in the area, and not just restaurants but those that have excellent delivery service - and that after checking and see that most tenants prefer that the food will reach them and not vice versa. We said earlier and say again - they think about everything here.
You can eat in the pampering kitchen, or on the fun terrace.

Design and atmosphere

Adir Zaken from Punkt company is responsible for designing the place. Together with Yakir Kaneli, they designed a complex designed in warm and daring colors but not threatening. Special combinations of green and yellow, which usually do not sound like the ideal combination - creates a pleasant and fun atmosphere here, which causes you not to postpone the tasks tomorrow but to stay here for another hour and finish everything.

Coffee break!

The kitchen is equipped with every small detail you need. The feeling of passing from the work spaces to the kitchen and the lounge is a feeling of a short break from the day and from work. The kitchen is cozy and homely. Equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee, tea and soft drinks, water jars with fruit, salamandra to make toasts, ice machine, microwave, kettle and more.

What more can be found?

There are so many other things that are going to be in this place but still can not be written! What we can tell you is that on Tuesdays there will be a meeting of students and freelancers over pizza and beer, where they can meet, get to know each other and create cooperative ventures. In addition, they plan to create collaborations with entrepreneurs around the world who will provide business development advice to the companies in the compound to help them grow.
