The company strives to lead innovative areas of employment and become a national center for online services. The painful issue in the eastern Negev region is the lack of employment diversification in general, with an emphasis on quality employment, which will significantly reduce the transition of talented young people to the center of the country in particular. This difficulty stems mainly from a combination of two factors: a relative demographic coterie of each authority, and the large distances between an authority and an authority in the region and their distance from the center of the country.
NETGEV believes that by creating a change in people's consciousness about the various forms of employment, encouraging entrepreneurs to open businesses in online business models and tripartite cooperation with state authorities, business companies and the third sector, we can create a variety of employment sectors. The real estate company Shoval Management and Investments will open a new work space under the BE ALL brand in Migdal HaShachar in Givatayim and the Alon Tower in Tel Aviv in July, with an investment of NIS 20 million.
