The Margalit Startup City Tel Aviv complex was established by the Jerusalem high-tech entrepreneur Dr. Arel Margalit, whose Jerusalem venture capital fund, JVP, has become over the years one of the largest and most successful in Israel. The complex, located on Sderot Rothschild, offers work stations in a space with an innovative design, equipped with everything needed per employee, and includes a coffee corner, printing services, meeting room, convenient public transportation.
The real estate company Shoval Management and Investments will open a new work space under the BE ALL brand in Migdal HaShachar in Givatayim and the Alon Tower in Tel Aviv in July, with an investment of NIS 20 million.
In addition, the Company intends to expand its deployment and to open at least two other sites in the central and Sharon region by the end of the year.
WeWork is negotiating a deal to lease half of the ToHa office tower, which is currently being built on Totzeret Ha'Aretz Street. It is estimated that rents in the common workspace will range from 70-80 NIS per square meter.
